CRE (Commercial) loans (likely if more than 4 units) involve the bank much more and the ability to structure and execute on a deal require subject matter expertise, and familiarity with both the players and the process.

I owned 4 properties in Detroit for a few years up to 2016, and was planning to add more-  but eventually decided to exit this sector, after trying extremely hard to make it work .

I’ll gladly pay any profession to do/fix/make my life easier with their expertise.

My current profession is Sales Manager for Lennox industries, I am bringing my sales expertise to the real estate field which would be a vital asset in closing deals.

The only other negative return sector in the S&P 500 is utilities.
