I would like ideas of more experienced investors as to how you would value a property like this or, would you even consider it at all?

We're interested in getting our team together and learning from people who are more experienced than we are. 

Hi Sarah, if you visit your local real estate investors association you'll find hard money lenders that will help you fund the deal, or you can ask an experienced investor to become your partner.

I'm looking to work with an experienced property manager to learn as an apprentice.

An experienced investor will quickly educate the seller as to market value.

Birmingham has experienced some decline in growth but seems to be on the rise!

Once they realized I didn't have a umbrella liability policy and nothing our personal name without a big loan they dropped the case.Just what I've experienced, everyone is entitled to their opinion, Good luck!
