Hi Everyone,How do you approach partnering with a property management team to do deals together?

I am following the info in BP's guide to screening tenants, but I would like to know what experienced landlords do if you receive applications from multiple qualified tenants? 

I am terrified but been putting a team together that I trust.

You can do it all but it takes IMMENSE time management skills and a great great team.

Yet he's always able to start work in the next day or two....It's obvious to experienced investors why that is.

We would like to have and architect in the team and hope to see you again!

I currently have an additional duty of managing a building for the Military and my wife manages a branch for her company so this is a great fit for us as a team.

Have you experienced this with properties that contain a coach house?

I think that the best way to learn is to TEAM UP with an experienced investor.

I have great relationships with some lenders that have interesting strategies for property acquisition at all income and savings levels and some great experience working with a team of Los Angeles flippers that comes in handy when making big decisions about a new investment.
