The biggest red flag is that the potential tenant isn't even good at potential fraud.Do a thorough background check to make sure they're not just giving you some nonsense or friends to pretend they're employed.

I’ve considered the idea of shopping it out to wholesalers, or even listing it, but I went into it with the intent to rent and I’d like to see that through if the numbers make sense.
