You could use 100 of them.Also, BiMart sells the best bareroot fruit trees.

The rents would be X dollars, they won't destroy trees and they can't use too much electricity with music jam sessions, to it's easy money and it's rural, no restrictions, so why sell an income producing acreage as if someone was going to put a cow on it?

Most likely, there is no solid roof anymore.And that tree...

I have also looked at sites like prosper, upstart and lending tree, but they all seem to require more income verification than I can provide.

In central Canada, Alberta, or the left coast, it appears these days that you need to venture into the smaller cities and towns to find numbers which make sense.Here in the Maritimes, you can still find deals in the various cities (Halifax, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John), but even here they are becoming a little endangered (Halifax, Fredericton) and in Saint John you need to keep a very close eye on the location and the local economy.
