In that ad clearly state that there has been a fraud attempt and someone who is NOT the owner is trying to sell this house and it is a scam.Next thing you are going to notice is new people moving into your house, believing they are the new owners, with a large loan and lots of lost money.

I have attempted tile jobs in bathroom renovations, kitchen walls, and entryways, and have attempted carpeting areas, and painting jobs, among other finishing touches, and in almost all cases, the slightest imperfections are easily seen and have defeated the purpose of trying to save money by doing the work myself
