I'm currently at Bryn Mawr Trust and it takes 3 emails and a follow-up call to get someone to reply, usually a day or two later. 

We should however, exchange emails.

Hi all:I'm currently in the market looking for an online database that provides commercial real estate information such as the properties details, owner contact information, owner phone number, owner mailing address, owner email and potential loan information such as loan maturity date if the property has a mortgage. 

The agents don't even return my email or text me to say the seller rejected it.

Today, I get a casual email stating the tenant called the emergency line over the weekend to report the water heater had burst and water was leaking through the ceiling.

Calling/emailing each of them the details of my property is a nightmare.If this doesn't work, I'm gonna have to check out Henry's spreadsheet.

No real contact info (there is an info@ email buried somewhere) and even though the search is fairly polished some of the pages are sketchy looking and the subscription links aren't even actual CC forms or secure.

Several friends recommended BiggerPockets and I have been receiving emails for several months and so here we are!
