You also have to be more creative than everyone else.

I just put a bid in for a property for someone else on Friday.

I would not mess with things like Legos or hot tubs. 

So I had a smaller one (4 cubic yard) delivered to get started on tackling this mess.

I have been researching it for awhile now, and it is not the same as it once was, or is everywhere else in the country.   

My concern is that during this process someone else might bid. 

Are you looking for a loan, or investors, or a mortgage lender, or something else? 

@Brian Garlington She definitely doesn't have to be anywhere near the big tourists areas and i can definately take on the duties of a property manager for her, but i think after awhile i would just hire someone else to do because i don't want to her worry too much about that stuff either.

My understanding is that if someone is going to manage properties for someone else in Rhode Island (i.e., where they are not the owner or one of the owners), then they must do so under a licensed real estate broker.
