Everything's right on schedule.Since then I've been hammered with more properties (Not complaining) however, my problem is, I'm not getting consistent information regarding the properties I've received, and the info lacks some basic info at times, i.e ARV, Sqft, Built date, Comps, contract signed date, some don't have Photos or a drop box link, etcI would like to present available properties to my buyers that we are working on in a better fashion than as of late, and have not been successful in having this person complete a spreadsheet with the details I require to put together an effective presentation or at least a one page info sheet.

Not the cheapest but does great quality work and communicates great. 

The goal is to have a multiplier effect by having multiple properties cash flow.Example: I have a free & clear unit that cash flows $550 after taxes/insurance/maintenance.

The end buyer is in effect your funding. 

All businesses must communicate their offer of products or services.  

You can still be sued but your ability to operate effectively or defend yourself is reduced.It is not difficult to get authorization to transact business in another state and you should take that seriously.Message me if you have any questions.
