I honestly think I'm overthinking it at this point and just need to lock it up under an option agreement with the broad terms he will accept.

I don’t have to worry when the Federal Reserve announces an interest rate change because my financing is locked-in.

My personal philosophy is to lock those in for as long as I can.

I do not give the lock box code to the house, so we meet him there - depending on his demeanor I will accompany him around the house or hang back, but I find away to call out the improvements made and at some point give reference to our target value for the appraisal. 

She wants a basement door which doesn't lock for instance, and the tone of our interactions has deteriorated. 

I used a service to meet the constable at the home and have the locks rekeyed.  

Is there a good way to board up / lock up the garage to keep people from using it for storage or a living space?

And besides I'm in the middle of one right now as I just put a lock box on the door earlier today.

Problem this company wants you to pay $50/year, have a shredder, lock box, and your property inspected to give more 'inside' data.
