I am having trouble finding a few prospective assets for my team one of which is an investor friendly attorneys in the Minneapolis and surrounding cities area here in Minnesota.

In comparison to the houses it surrounds, it look like the least expensive house in the neighborhood.

For instance if you have not been able to rent your property for the last three months and you've really marketed it I think you should lower price to drive demand and get potential tenants because you've got to take into consideration those carrying cost that it's taking out of your pocket when your not have the unit rented out  

If your husband won't leave his kids(admirable), is driving 1hr leaving them? 

I need someone whohas a car and can drive to properties in S.

If I decide I don't want the property that void the sale and send my back my investment.I research (including driving by) over 1000 properties.
