There are aspects of California where I can see why it's frustrating within the state to live due to different political, or external factors.All the above being said; California has and is still drawing in people even with the "mass exodus."

They draw a rectangle around the property image, snip  and drop it in when using the analysis tool.

We decided to take a fresh look at all the towers either going up or firmly on a drawing board.

They can recommend and probably spec out the repair (i.e. produce drawings).

It makes a lot of sense to create conservative and aspirational numbers instead of feeling like I need to pin point a specific figure.

Sounds like the only heavy con is the drawing schedule for contractors being complicated - potentially scaring them away (?).
