You didn't mention if the HVAC was in working order, if the applicances were good, if the plumbing worked, if the siding/gutters were in good shape, if the windows needed to be replaced, etc.

In some places, uninhabitable is a better condition than condemned; condemned usually means that they are thinking about tearing it down, uninhabitable means something needs to be addressed (plumbing leak, roof leak, insect infestation, electric wiring problem, etc.).

No recent bad check payments, especially within the last 12 months (any bad credit or negative financial issues need to be 24-30 months in the past), no evictions...ever, no domestic violence in the last 10 years, no violent crime cases in the last 20 years and the list goes on.

Take a look at Rinnai's page:http://www.rinnai.us/hydronic-air-handlers/If what you are looking to do is just use a tankless water heater to supply hot water for both plumbing and your hydronic heat it may not work.If you go the electric route the "whole house" models require either 200 or 300 amp electrical service.Who pays for utilities?

For anyone to hold the President accountable in the future they will need to allow him to lead, you can't obstruct and refuse to work with somone and then blame them for the outcome as has been the case.Ben, I have no idea where you get a free cell phone, I know some organizations give older phones away that can only be used for emergency calls, they are given to those who are under a higher threat level in domestic relationships.
