People normally get into skip tracing if they want to do cold calls instead of direct mail or if they are having a hard time reaching the owner with mailers.

Your bank feeds can upload directly into QB and then you sort them to the respective Class.

Only worry I have is that I haven't filled taxes yet, I worked as a laborer in hs and college.
