@Ken ChIf you are having system difficulty with the online application , you could go apply in person and they should be able to help you submit everything properly.

The education required appears to be similar in testing difficulty to an agent's license, not much and continuing education seems similar as well.

I have been building my investments up in the SLF Fixed Income Fund I (bond fund), because dealing with the K1 investments in a IRA account is beyond my comprehension and results in great difficulty (I still have to deal with three when they close). 

I'm having difficulty figuring appreciation rates because I'll see values of -.98% over past 10 years...but past 2-5 years will give me rates of 2-3%.  

Generally speaking, short-term rental rates in Thailand are low compared to other countries with a lot of tourism, as are luxury hotel rates so how much would anyone pay to rent one of these minuscule shoebox condos, which they're building by the boatload  Investing in Thailand is difficult.   I

I was one once upon a time and allowed pets without difficulty.

Once you start making money it’s difficulty to find time to just learn.

honestly, this job/career sounds so Intense and difficult, i am happy the market is doing well though, thats a positive. 

@Tyler Martin, just be aware that you may have difficulty getting financing through for an LLC or S-Corp at this stage.
