We removed every plant and blade of grass and we dug the yard 6 inches deep, poured slurry (a concrete & sand mix) and we put rocks on the tree belt and where we removed the trees and plants.We removed all the dishwashers and garbage disposers, painted outside the entire building remodeled one unit, installed a tankless water heater that provides hot water and removed a fairly large hokey balcony the previous owner installed.
