Hey BP Community - My employer does not match 401k contributions so I'm considering abandoning the contributions altogether and instead investing in something like the SPY ETF on a regular basis. 

The home was new construction and the builder needed to offload it to recoup funds and pay workers, so I got it at a small discount.

Hey man, great report, however the numbers look a little too good to be true.

I purchased this home with the intent to retire here but I no longer wish to do that.
