When it comes to advertising, definitely CL, Zillow/Hotpads, etc.. once you create a listing through Cozy, it sets it up to automatically go to those.

I'm set to drive nice cars on the cheap for the foreseeable future (coz I love driving) till all cars become autonomous and I'll have to settle for renting self driving limousines. ;)And oh, I just bought my first US RE deal with tons of noob mistakes too!
