The only way I know of is to call the county and have it mailed to you but living out of country means getting the list mailed will take some time. 

They may come from families that had servants before and have never so much as picked a sock off the floor on their own, or else they're from a country where men never, ever do even a little housework, so if you've got single males particularly, it can be like renting to a really, really, really gross American college student who is used to mommy doing everything for him.
