If you want to get R/V ratios where you can get decent cash flow (even with maximum leverage) and favorable rates of return, then you'll probably need to look elsewhere (as in out-of-state).I've compiled a report called the "2013 Housing Market Forecast" that might help point you in the right direction as far as market choices, but I will also tell you that I am working on an article specifically addressing the question of "Where should I invest?"

When you start clouding people's title and taking people to court you open the door for people to file lawsuits against you, file Cease and desist orders against you, report you to the better business bureau etc, etc.

I cant reach the contractor i did the rehab with...The scope of work consists of various electrical works such as correct GCFI for refrigerator, some leaks to be repaired in dishwasher drain and bath sinks. install a proper flex gas line for water heater. relocate ground wire in breaker box and some minor stucco damage repairs.I was wondering if anyone here knew what was the most cost effective way of going about this request for repairs while the property is under the corporation's nameI want to be a straight shooter and do things the right way.Thanks!

Lesson learned, before you sink money you can search title or ask the title company for a preliminary report, it's not a complete search and a current mortgage will pop up.
