Fairly new to Real Estate investing and I was wondering if anyone would have any knowledge of mentorship or coaching?

John doesn't have any immediate buyers, but his friend Gaege has offered to do the work of finding a buyer for a $1000 fee if he delivers.Gaege delivers, John closes 10 days later, and everyone's happy.In a perfect world, every wholesaler that's found a deal also has connections to find a buyer, but I can't imagine that's the case 100% of the time.To be clear, I'm not looking to find a wholesale deal and attempt to take another 10% off the top.

Hello,I am exploring alternatives to start investing and came across Laura Al Amery coaching program.I also explored Jim Van Dyke and Alex Pardo coaching programs and would like to get any feedback from people who already took Laura's or any for the other ones and what they think.I truly appreciate any feedback as I am a bit confused on which one to would be good in order to get real mentoring and systems and not just another online/cd course.Thanks!
