It is my opinion that you will NEVER find useful wholesalers during such meets.The wholesalers you will find during these meetings are those that are desperately wanting to "Co-wholesale".. i.e. they have no leads of their own and can not find leads of their own and try to make money off of other peoples leads.Or/and, wholesalers that need to network to make money.A serious wholesaler does not have 1M buyers.

Many mortgage companies will not finance a property in an LLC.If you end up renting to students make sure to get the parents to cosign the lease.Do you have local family members that could act as the PM and save yourself a bunch of money?
