I’m a relatively new wholesaler and I was wondering what services might be of use to an administrator going through the probate process other than the obvious, closing on the estate property.I’ve thought of or have come across things like providing them with lists of charities, storages, or relocating furniture.

wouldn't buying new furniture before paying the security deposit be a red flag to you....not that the person(s) doesn't have the money to pay rents, rather they obviously don't view it as the priority.

If you're holding as a rental, I would only finish the basement if you solve the moisture issue first; otherwise, you're opening yourself up to angry tenants if storage boxes, furniture, etc get wet.
