Would that cause issues backing out of the contract if I didn't have a report from a licensed contractor stating the issues why I wanted to back out? 

As for your original question--the short answer is yes, it could be possible for a sewer main problem to cause one toilet to back up, but not the other.

See how they respond.If they agree, move to another PM and be done with it.If they intend to hold you to the penalty, respond back that they can't penalize you for canceling "with cause" when they failed to perform.

If you actually witness him causing damage, then you could at least make a police report, and have good cause to terminate/non-renew.

While there are very strong opinions about the Baby Steps, they allowed us to pay down our debt, increase our savings, and give like crazy to the causes we care about most.

Even if they’re interested and you push a little too hard it can cause burn out and possibly resentment.
