Other than shopping rates, do you suggest any other items I should shop for or price our at each bank - things that may not be fixed such as closing costs?

If there were delays in your original closing an underwriter may have forgotten to update the dates, they may have plugged in dates from another file they were working on or they may have just had a bad day.If items other than the adjustment date that you mentioned have also been re-worded, changed, left out completely, or new items have been added you should be wary and consult with an attorney.In any case it is something you should run past a trusted adviser.Hope this helps.

I can almost guarantee that you will get very little to no information about these offers because of confidentiality that us agents must follow.The both of these are 100% case by case and indirect and speculative by nature, but keep them in mind while walking properties in addition to everything that you are supposed to be looking for such as potential value add, conditions of units & ages of Capex items in the basement, lease/tenant situations, etc.

They have Home Depot and Lowe's skew numbers programmed into the software, so once you've finished deciding what you want to update, (it also shows you options on items you can choose from), you can print out a Statement of Work for your contractor that includes all the skew numbers, and costs room by room, and you can order directly from the software and have the items shipped directly to your site.
