@Dev Horn  that is a brilliant idea with the hangers!.

They portray wholesaling as something that can be done easily - by people with no cash, no credit, no experience and even with no effort.

It means that if you sell any object (say cars), then don't dilute your time, money and effort to diversify into non-car objects (eg flowers & candy). 

Like another poster mentioned, if you don't follow the letter of the law you will spin your wheels and waste valuable time and effort doing what you thought was right the wrong way…just to have your case dismissed.

There's no substitute for putting in time and effort to learn these things.

Unless your property is free and clear, the creating additional income streams is worth the effort.

In an effort to rebuild communities and make a modest amount of cash I have decided to buy the vacant lots for $2,000 or less because most have the infrastructure ie water, electric, gas, and curb cut existing thus saving minimum $14k in development cost while purchasing the lots from the county land bank saves a minimum $8k.  

Imo, hustle is the “Secret Sauce” to achieving supernatural success in just about ANY business but ESPECIALLY Wholesaling!

It's unreasonable to think someone would share the secrets of their business for free.I was just pointing out that they want something from the relationship just like you want something from the relationship.

If you have a financing contingency and make an honest effort for financing and cannot obtain same, cancel.
