Perhaps some recommended books regarding the "need to knows" about mortgages, incorporating properties, etc.

Many of the books I have been reading were general at best and failed to help in the nitty-gritty of the matters.

this homeowner is in deep trouble and there is no where to go for him but foreclosure.There is dirt going on in the loan industry that needs to be cleaned up.Maybe no more regulations but enforce the regulations that are on the books.

It got me thinking back to all the zero-down books I've read,and I would like to ask any of you for any other ways to buy with zero down.

Charging $75,000 for a book is not the way.
