Chattanooga is blowing up!

Hey guys, I'm currently scouring Zillow, Streeteasy, etc. just as a "dry run" of searching for a property in the Brooklyn/Queens area.

The listings are dry right now.

Was going to blow it out to clear it after insulation was blown into the attic and after a couple of "where is it" puzzled moments, I discovered it had been sided over.

While the tenant was leaving, I guess they were in a rush so the furniture put holes in the dry wall, broke a ceiling fan, broken doorknobs, and damaged the siding of the house and gutters.

I agree with your predictions about a recession vs. a crash and agree that investors should hold onto their cash vs. blowing their wads of cash by buying properties with minimal potential for great profits.

Im looking at my furnace, and I see which way the air is blowing....based on the direction of the filter AND the fact that the filter air arrows are pointing towards the furnace.BUT...when I follow the ductwork, it looks like the air is getting sucked in from other vents that should have air blowing out of.It looks like this: AIR VENTS <- FURNACE <- FILTER <- DUCT WORK <- AIR VENTSThat makes no logical sense to me.

Would be general cutting, raking, blowing, etc.Thanks in advance for any advice! 

Buy somewhere where you can long-term rent if you short term dries up. 

I'd be on the lookout for good deals, the opportunity to lend or to simply keep your powder dry.
