It sounds like a shady realtor who will justify their actions by looking out for their client to get them the maximum amount of money. don’t lose sleep over it, if it’s in the smokies and sold for a million now, it would Need to be bringing in 150k-200k last year in net revenues to lose sleep over, and if that’s the case, take several shots of whiskey.
