The deed also reads as the sale is THAT DAY in about the most clear way.But the deed isn't filed until AFTER the redemption period.So you have a deed that says the property was sold on say, September 27th 2022.

I actually have had to fire a couple of PMs over the years that SAID they can manage Section 8 tenants, but when push came to shove on the vacancies it was all lip service and they managed to do everything they could to not put Section 8 tenants in the units.

Each time we get a continuation even with the police report the arrest record, so I reach out section 8 after reading the HAP lease I signed with them and the tenant and was told this is not their problem.
