No issues there at all.But never wanted to compromise beliefs just to make sales.Not my style.If we did that, we would probably just be another turnkey provider with a crap reputation.Grazie mille cario mio

I'm very familiar with self managing in terms of the tenant screening process, getting the tenant moved in, and maintenance etc issues during tenancy, but this will be the first time I'm trying to prepare for a tenant move out.

With some of the CapEx issues/concerns that came up during the inspection/prep work for construction, we delayed some of the work when we should have just addressed them all ahead of time.

@Kim Durst Potentially you could take the $10k, then have another $10k (or whatever amount you feel covers your cost if there are further issues) held in escrow.
