How long do I have to wait until I can declare that the property has been abandoned, and just change the locks?

Feedback as to demand for this service is required.All agents/property owners understand a property advertised on a website or property platform requires traffic.However the market is over bloated with platforms, that under deliver on property sales at the speed your paying for.Why?

Attend a local investor meeting with flyers advertising your PM business...Offer incentives for trying your service...

I thought it was abandoned for a long time but recently saw that an old man lives in it.

Well as I stated to think about advertising and billboards, I came to the conclusion that bandit signs are only good if they can stay in the ground and billboards are way to much money for a new investor.

I've always had an insane drive and work ethic and I can't understand how anybody wouldn't want to be an entrepreneur.I'm particularly interested in doing real estate full time, I'm mainly interested in buying multi-family real estate, but I'd like to flip a few houses first in order to build my track record.I've done a lot of online marketing and I have experience in google advertising, facebook advertising, bing advertising, SEO (a little bit), email marketing, web design, and more.

Have you tried advertising in the university paper?
