Congrats, what are your real estate investment goals?

This deal exemplifies our capability to execute quick and lucrative flips, further solidifying our success in the real estate market.

What would be nice is also to have someone on more often who has been around a longer period of time (ala pre-2008) as most people in real estate only know the good times and what we have ahead of us is not the good times.

New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :) Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area?
