The main reason I came to Michigan was because I have relatives that are based here and I can stay with them until I am set up.I had no idea how bad the Michigan market was before I arrived. Now I am thinking that it is not the best market to be starting with no cash to invest.I have all the time in the world to search for deals and I am ideally looking for a partner with the money, who I can do the searching for.If anyone is looking to invest in Michigan.
