The owner was going to a nursing home so took it.

The home has an attached mother in law 1 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance, heating, cooling storage and laundry room.

Even if it were my own mother selling me notes, there are just too many unknowns often not disclosed (or oftentimes even known about by the Seller for that matter).  

I am sorry, we had your mothers primary address in the borrower information screen when this was submitted"So I'm super irritated and annoyed and wondering why he put my mil's as the primary address etc..Anyway, it was a really bad experience and I feel like the agent's fault for the denial as he knew we were overseas and he had the wrong address in the application which I have no idea why.
