Hello, I am trying to find a place where I can park my sales person license for my personal purchases in MD.

Immediately upgraded the common areas (land scapaing, new hand rails, fresh new paint colors, refaced the storage units with wainscoting, cleaned the garage so people could park easier, etc.)3.

In 2 hours I had her on board to subdivide the property providing moderate income homes and handicap accessible units with a park and water feature for the little children to play!

Another question - this is regarding the property via homesearch.com (property owned by Nation Star). 

This could still be a good deal, if you are simply looking to park your money somewhere, but just be aware of the cash flow you will actually end up pocketing.

What's the same is the adherence to the national building code.
