I am a real estate newbie but have always loved the idea of making a house a home and watched my family do the so with multiple rentals properties of their own. 

Because this is my first property I'd really love to find something as turnkey as possible and avoid rehabbing.I'm wondering if I should buy the bnbinnercircle or BP STR BootCamp program first or just get to identifying markets and talking to agents that specialize in STRs to start underwriting properties to estimate cash flow?

Would love to be involved in the northwest if the opportunity presents itself.

I love traveling and visiting new parts of the world.

Also, for new investors Id love to answer questions if I can.

I am going on year 2 and I absolutely love what I do, but I don't think I will ever be someone who enjoys a structured 9-5 office job.

I'd love to know unit mix and sq ft.
