They protect the criminals and are hard on home owners with taxing and fees and they have rent control inspectors come by that tell you that you need to do all sorts of upgrades for the tenants who destroy the property sometimes they are in cahoots .

@Gary Freidman The only way you can make absolutely sure you are not paying too much for the home is going out and hiring an independent Home inspector and also getting a Home Appraisal.
