Can any of you Houston guys give me some recommendations for a decent contractor?

The size of your farm area impacts the opportunities available, IOW, my area of about 350-400K population is much different than Dallas, Houston or Atlanta and Cali. where specialized investing could go on forever.

I inquired about doing just that once here in Houston, and was told I could not sign the listing agreement until I closed therefore the seller must sign the listing agreement.

We are new to the real estate business and our goal is to start off as wholesalers in the Houston market.

It seems like it costs around $315 dollars to fly to Houston from Raleigh.

I will be looking into Houston and also the Philippines (I'm from there).

Here in Houston, TX the Latino buyer market is huge and bandit signs and CL works very well.

I would head to Dallas or Houston if you want to invest in Texas.
