Anybody knows a reliable contractor in the SF East Bay?

I currently own a mixed-use building in Green Bay that consists of a retail space on the ground floor and two apartments upstairs.I am looking to expand further into commercial properties, such as multi-tenant retail, mixed use and multi-tenant apartment buildings.  

I live in the Tampa Bay Area.

Riverside rents have shown a 3.3% increase in the past year.Growth rates:San Jose: In addition to placing 2nd for most expensive rents statewide, this Bay Area city claimed the largest rent increase with 7.8% growth over February 2015.San Diego: Just north of the border, San Diego places 5th for strongest rent increase over last year.

The local note investors' group in South Bay area of CA of 14 is mostly newbies with less than one to a few years.
