Hello,My name is Colin and I am a recent college graduate and have a strong desire to start to invest in real estate early.

Also, by the time I leave I’ll be done with college, and I’ll have a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.

From college to now being a Commercial Real Estate Analyst I am ready to start taking action. 

It is a 3/2 with a carport near some of the area's community colleges.

Also, check to see if there are local colleges/training places that offer Quickbooks training (I've seen colleges offer training during summer break and it's not terribly expensive and there are also businesses catered toward teaching Quickbooks in a classroom setting). 

I am currently in college and have been very interested in the idea of fixing up/renting/buying and selling properties, hoping to make this a full time job one day.

It's nice to meet you all :) I'm a recent college grad living in Bothell, but working in Seattle.

I'm wondering if any folks in the Houston / College Station or maybe even Austin areas have any thoughts on whether it'd be a good idea to to buy SFRs in the small town of Navasota near CS.

ps. besides college, I'm a software developer full time. net 13k a year, anyone wants to hire a developer for a bit more?

I’m currently a software engineer with no real estate experience aside from a 1 credit intro to real estate class in college.
