What matters is that they deliver on it without driving you up the wall.With TRID that went into effect on Oct 3rd, the clowns in the mortgage industry will cost you delay, rate extensions and possibly having to take the loan else where and starting all over.

it was resubmitted last Thursday and the lender told me it would take 4 business days. now they are telling me Home Resource Center asked for more information which was delivered to them by lender yesterday.....no more FHA !!!

You can always pretend to be delivering a package to the prospective renter and ask the neighbors about them....neighbors, especially inner city, love to talk smack.If you are renting single family units....always do a move-in video....smart phones make it easy.

The deed holder didn't have title due to the fact the deed was not legally delivered and accepted, it was not recorded, and the party that filed a quiet title action did pay the taxes and did pay the insurance and occupied the property and the will did not mention the son was to get the property, probably because the deceased had had thought she had already given the property away.
