Respectfully if you have it pulled out of your account on the 3rd most banks can't have it delivered  by the 4th.

Therefore, they are the only people who can legally deliver letters to mailboxes.

What matters is that they deliver on it without driving you up the wall.With TRID that went into effect on Oct 3rd, the clowns in the mortgage industry will cost you delay, rate extensions and possibly having to take the loan else where and starting all over.

USPS vehicle is unable to stop at the mailbox anymore, so mailman has to come out to deliver the mail.
