Forget about the gross and look at the net..Seems like some kinda vacation rentalI know a lot of people investing in these type of properties and don't care much about the income but focus on how they can enjoy the property themselves with friends and family..

Option two would be to have items repaired by licensed contractors to acceptable construction standards verified by an inspector of your choice after work completed and before settlement is done.

We talked to several banks and found one very large bank that would rap the rehab with the mortgage the problem with this bank is they were very difficult to work with especially for the contractors.
