You will here stories of people making $50k on a deal but they most likely have put in 1000’s of hours to end up at that point which most of the time occurs due to a certain type of luckWhen I was thinking of doing this was 07 to 08 when there were tapes all over the place.. first frustration was finding who was real.. and frankly I never solved that.. and then the second was did I really want to get into something with that much detail only to start getting small monthly payments .. now granted you get enough of them and its real money no doublt.. but in my mind you have to be able to scale this or if your private guy U need a few million in cash to make this worth the time and effort.

I mean the trash co is not going to haul it off on their weekly pick up right.. and you know Cleveland next thing you know U have a nuisance violation LOLI know when I travel out to the markets I am in ( Cleveland being one) U do see the remnants of a set out.. at first I wondered why is that couch and stuff on the lawn LOL.. my guides informed me of the set outs..
