I feel I should set up a web page, how important is a web site or should I concentrate on getting them to call me for more direct contact?  

I have scoured the web and cannot find any articles to this point (401k slanted) - can anyone point me to some?

As you have probably seen, there are a lot of resources here on BP for both wholesaling and landlording (buy and hold).I would also recommend attending a local real estate investor group such as RIREIG in RI (monthly on 3rd Thursday; see http://www.rireig.com) or Black Diamond RE Investors in southern Mass (http://blackdiamondrei.com).And of course if you have specific questions feel free to post them here on BP :)

I need to set up an all inclusive system as quickly as possible...looking for users and opinions of REI BLACK BOOK..... it looks very ineresting but I can't find much feed back from current users...any input very much appreciated...thank you,Dan WeimanSt Louis

@Josip Galic @Eric Black If a conventional lender is able to choose to just use Fannie Mae, a two year history isn't required. 

In the alternative: the ONLY web address for beginners to pros interested in any facet of real estate.

But if you have been doing this  a while, there are some other aspects like team building, faster deal cycles, and leveraging more of your leads by structuring other types of transactions not currently doing now that we'd concentrate on.Also, it's hard to see exactly what we do just from a few web pages like Rodney points out. 

I think that was a poor web/data scraping exercise by someone who does not know how to BCC or use a mass email marketing program.
