That comes first.If your tenant has done any damage, it's already happened and it's likely not as bad as you are imaging.Some areas have eviction services where you can hire someone to handle the entire eviction process for you, from the very first step of filing and serving notices, to the court date, to the eviction day itself.

@Harv Yergin IV My rentals are as high tech as they get ( video doorbells, smart thermostats, water leak detection etc.,) but smart locks weren't good ROI for me.

You'll have to have another hearing if you want to try to get a judgement for your back rent and/or damages but the tenant should be out in 6 weeks even with an extension "to find counsel"
