Maybe said agreement would have you pay the cost of a showing agent to open doors for you vs Dan wasting his time if you take a while to find something. 

For future situations,  reply to their 30 day notice with a confirmation letter listing your expectations for deposit refund: clean appliances, trash removal, yard maintenance, etc. and remind them of the 30 day stipulation so there is less chance for dispute.

.$3-400 for snow removal....$1200 repairs/maintenance....other utilities paid by tenants...all seperate meters.

I had a new main line put in 3 years ago and the bill states that the clog was near the bathrooms and the cleanout to the mainline to the street did not remove any debris or roots (there is a city tree in front that can't be removed).

That's what the inspection period is there for....and no, this isn't wasting the REA's time.

@Eric Lee Nation There are a few changes would recommend you consider.1)  Remove the Med Pay (if possible) and putting hat premium towards a higher Liability Limit

Note differences between comps (1 more bedroom, 300 less square footage, not located next to a toxic waste treatment plant, etc)3.
