I am waiting for a response form a local lawyer, but I don't want to get screwed for not knowing all available options.

They are looking for a 6 month lease and then possible M2M....they state they pay a "premium" for the rent (waiting back to see what that means)So....anyone done this type of short term deal through an insurance company?

My feeling is that the market will continue to stay this way for maybe another couple years and if we wait that long, we won't qualify for the $500k exemption since we will have passed the 2 yrs out of 5 timeline.

I'm just waiting for paperwork to clear for my new agent license, so if you want to talk numbers, just let me know.

IE timber owners many times had these properties through a few generations waiting for the timber to mature..

I don't thing investors wait 20-30 years to paid off then buy again.

Thought provoking for surePersonally after I had enough to live on and few thousand extra no need to try and buy a house a month extra.

@steve b  brings up a good point about finding what you love to do and doing that now... don’t wait till your 40.

And this has now because those to become too expensive also.Some would say to wait for the next recession to pick up bargains.
