I don't know the specifics around your day to and/or your real estate goals but I personally how found I can maximize my efforts by listening to podcast while at my current 9-5 thus getting "paid" to further my knowledge regarding investing.

Anyone have an investor CPA or Legal council that is gifted in setting up structures for optimal tax benefit without sinking too much into the effort?

Yes this generation seem to be much more resistance to the greater effort required to have the American Dream.  

I don't run into many people who not only share a passion for real estate and getting ahead in life but who are also willing to put in the effort to achieve those goals.
