I actually heard something similar to that in a training class, where you identify your competing values (that make you fearful of certain situations), so that you can overcome those fears.

If you are just starting out as a junior agent needing to be trained up you will have to put in your time (years) before moving up at the same company, moving to a different company at a higher position, and eventually maybe going out on your own and starting a brokerage.Commercial brokers specialize in one asset class.  

If you want to automate just hire and train some VA's.

@Dametrius Clark If you’re doing the work and don’t know how, yes you better get some training and take some classes and really get licensed.

As mentioned before, if you're going to be investing thousands of dollars into a market, it is more than worth your time and money to get a hotel room and a plane ticket. 

Put a on or near the door of the building (if it's a building) that says that parking spots are for tenants only and all others will be ticketed or towed.

You go to real estate clubs and live training.

That has turned out to be a slow-burn strategy that feels overly conservative.I have basically zero education/training, so now I'm here, trying to figure out some better methods.

The broker is supposed to provide training to new agents.
